How to Log In and Set Up Your Profile for the First Time

This guide will walk you through logging into the Client Keeper app for the first time after creating your account. You will complete your personal profile, enable notifications, and access your main dashboard.

What You'll Need

  • You must have already signed up for an account on the Client Keeper website.
  • The username and password you created during sign-up. (You may have received a temporary username via email).
  • The Client Keeper app installed on your smartphone.

Steps

1. Log In to Your Account

This guide assumes you are starting from the app's login screen. If you see the welcome screen, tap the Login link to proceed.

a. On the login screen, which has a purple background and says "Keep Past Clients. Nurture New Leads," locate the Username field.
b. Type in your username or the email address associated with your account.
c. In the Password field below, enter your password.
d. Tap the purple Login button.

2. Complete Your Personal Details

After a brief loading screen, you will be prompted to complete your profile.

a. On the Personal Detail screen, fill in the following fields:
* First Name
* Last Name
* Phone Number
* Your full mailing Address, including City, State, and Zipcode.

b. After filling in all your information, tap the purple Next button at the bottom.

3. Allow Notifications

Enabling notifications is crucial for receiving timely reminders from MYRA, the app's assistant.

a. You will now see a screen that says "Never miss a thing."
b. To ensure you get reminders and updates, tap the Allow Notifications button at the bottom of the screen.
c. Your phone may show a system pop-up asking for permission. If it does, tap Allow.

4. Enter the App

Your setup is now complete!

a. You will see a final confirmation screen that says "All Done."
b. Tap the button at the bottom to enter the app.
c. You will land on the main Follow Up dashboard. Since it's your first time, the screen will show "No Follow Up's This Week."

Troubleshooting

  • If your login fails: Double-check that you have entered the correct username and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen to reset it.
