How to Use Myra, Your AI Assistant, to Manage Client Data

This guide will show you how to use Myra, your built-in AI assistant, to save time by automatically updating your client information. You can give Myra instructions using text, photos of handwritten notes, or even your voice, and she will handle the data entry for you.

What You'll Need:

  • Access to the app on your mobile device.
  • Client contacts already saved in the app (if you are updating an existing client).

Steps:

1. Access Myra

  • In the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the Myra icon (the middle icon that looks like a simplified robot head or an "M").
  • You will now be on the main "MYRA" screen, where you'll see four options at the bottom: Text, Camera, Upload, and Audio.

2. Give Myra InstructionsYou can give Myra tasks in several ways. You can use a single method or combine them for more complex tasks.

a. Using Text Commands:

  • Tap the Text button.
  • On the next screen, you can type a title for your request and a more detailed message.
  • For example, you can type "Change name of client" in the title and provide the specific details in the message box. You can also use your phone's voice-to-text feature here.

b. Using Photos (Camera or Upload):This is perfect for digitizing handwritten notes, business cards, or open house sign-in sheets.

  • To take a new photo, tap Camera.
  • To use an existing photo from your phone's library, tap Upload.
  • Select the photo you want to send to Myra.
  • You will be taken to a "Note Group" screen where you can give your upload a title.

c. Using Audio Commands:

  • Tap the Audio button.
  • Tap the green record button at the bottom of the screen to start recording your voice note.
  • Clearly state your instructions for Myra (e.g., "Hi Myra, please add a follow-up for John Doe next Tuesday.").
  • Tap the button again to stop recording.

3. Combine Inputs for More Detailed Requests (Recommended)For the best results, you can combine different inputs to give Myra more context. For example, you can upload a photo of handwritten notes and add a voice message explaining what to do.

  • Start by following the steps in 2b to upload your photo.
  • On the "Note Group" screen, tap Add More +.
  • A menu will pop up. Select Audio to add a voice note or Text to add a typed note.
  • Record your audio or type your text to give context to the photo you uploaded. For example: "Hi Myra, this photo is from my meeting with Jane Doe. Please update her contact info with the details from the notes and set a reminder to follow up in one week."

4. Submit Your Request

  • Once you have added all your files and notes to the "Note Group," tap the Submit Note button (or a similar "Done" or "Send" button).
  • You will see a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen that says, "MYRA Is Working Her Magic Now."

5. Find Your Updated Information

  • Myra will process your request and send you a notification when the task is complete. This typically takes between 8 and 12 hours.
  • Once completed, navigate to the specific client's contact page.
  • Scroll down to the Note section at the bottom of their profile to see the information that Myra has added.

Troubleshooting & Tips:

  • Be Specific: The more detailed your instructions, the better Myra can assist you. Instead of saying "update client," say "Change John Doe's client type to Seller and add a note that he is moving from Arizona."
  • Clear Photos: When uploading photos of handwritten notes, make sure the image is clear and the writing is legible.

Next Steps:

  • After you receive the completion notification, it's a good practice to quickly check the client's profile to confirm the information was entered correctly.
  • Use Myra to add new clients from an open house sheet, update existing contact details on the go, or quickly add meeting notes without having to type everything yourself.
