How to Edit Group Details
Keep your contacts organized with updated group details
Keep your outreach targeted by organizing your contacts into specific segments and categories.
Phase 1: Access and Selection
The first step is locating the specific segment of your database you wish to modify.
- Navigate to Groups: From the main Contacts dashboard, click the Groups tab in the top navigation.
- Select Group: Browse your list and click on the specific group name (e.g., "Expired Listings") that requires updates.
Phase 2: Modifying Group Data
Once inside the group view, you can adjust both the identity and the membership of the list.
- Rename & Update: Click Edit Group to change the group name or description to better fit your current marketing strategy.
- Manage Members: Select the Manage Members option to batch-add new contacts or remove those who are no longer relevant to this specific segment.
Phase 3: Finalizing Changes
Ensure your database stays clean by properly saving or removing outdated categories.
- Save Changes: Click Save Changes to apply your updates across the platform.
- Quick Actions: Use the Action Menu (three dots) for rapid maintenance, such as deleting an entire group or setting up group-specific alerts.
