How to Complete Follow-Ups on Mobile

Record completed follow-ups so it's scheduled again at a later date

Marking a follow-up as complete ensures your database stays accurate and your next reminders are scheduled.

  • Mark as Done: Tap the circle icon next to any active follow-up on your dashboard.
  • Automated Scheduling: For recurring follow-ups, completing the current task will automatically schedule the next touchpoint based on your set frequency.
  • Log Details: Optionally, add a Note to the contact profile to record the outcome of your outreach.
