How to Add a New Contact on Mobile
Add a new contact to your board on mobile
Build your database from scratch with detailed profiles including property info and family details.
- Start Entry: Tap the purple (+) icon in the top right of the Contacts screen.
- Basic Info: Enter the lead’s name, email, and phone number to keep your outreach running.
- Additional Details: * Add their Birthday and toggle Create Birthday Follow Up for an automatic annual reminder.
- Assign a Client Type (e.g., Seller) and add them to a Group (e.g., First-Time Buyers).
- Input their Mailing Address and add Family Relationships, like a spouse or child, to personalize future conversations.
- Property Details: On the Properties tab, tap the (+) icon to log a home for selling. Include features, address, square footage, and Estimated Market Value.
- Follow-Up Plan: Before saving, set your initial follow-up frequency and method.
- Finalize: Tap Save Contact to sync everything to your database.
