How to Log and Manage Property Information on Mobile

Keep a detailed record of your contact's property information

Track "Homes for Selling" and "Looking For" criteria to better serve your clients’ real estate needs.

Steps:

  1. Open a contact’s profile and tap the Properties tab.
  2. To add a listing: Tap the Plus (+) next to Homes for Selling. Enter the address, square footage, bed/bath count, and estimated market value. Tap Save Property Details.
  3. To add buyer criteria: Tap the Plus (+) next to Looking For. Enter preferred locations, desired features (like "Pool"), and the client’s budget range.
  4. Tap Save Search Criteria to log their preferences.
