- Closed Properties: Click + Add under the "Homes Closed" section of the Properties tab.
- The Houseiversary Toggle: Ensure the Follow up with Houseiversary Each Year switch is enabled before saving.
- Automated Reminders: Once saved, the CRM automatically schedules a recurring annual reminder in your Follow Ups tab.
