How to Set Recurring and Multiple Follow-Ups on Web

Set up reminders for clients on the web.

Objective: Automate your outreach by setting recurring follow-up reminders.

  1. Open a Contact: From your All Contacts list, click on the lead you want to follow up with.
  2. Add Follow-Up: Scroll to the Follow Ups card on the right and click the plus (+) icon.
  3. Configure Schedule: * Select the First Follow Up date (e.g., "Next Week" or a custom date).
  • Choose the Follow Up Frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, etc.).
  • Select your Follow Up Method (Phone Call, Text, Email, etc.).
  1. Save: Click Save Follow Up to activate the schedule.
