How to Add Contact Groups on Web
Create new segments for your contact sorting
Group your contacts to streamline your communication and keep your pipeline organized.
- Access Groups: Click on the Groups tab under the Contacts menu in the sidebar.
- Start a Group: Click the purple + Create Group button in the top right.
- Name Your Group: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Hot Leads" or "Past Clients").
- Add Members: Click Select Contacts and check the boxes for the clients you wish to include.
- Finalize: Click Confirm, then Create Group. Your new segment is now active and ready for use.
