How to Edit a Transaction on Web

Update transaction information on the go

Keep your records accurate by updating property information, managing documents, and tracking the transaction timeline.

  • Open the Record: From the Transactions list or board, click the Property Address to open the overview drawer.
  • Navigate Information: Use the top tabs to switch between:
    • Overview: General property and party info.
    • Timeline: Chronological history of the deal.
    • Documents/Notes: Specific attachments and detailed logs.
  • Modify Data: Click the Edit button at the bottom of the drawer.
  • Update: Adjust any necessary fields in the two-step editor and click Save.
  • Confirmation: A green toast notification will confirm the update was successful.
