How to Add and Manage Stages on Mobile

Curate your pipeline stage on mobile

Tailor your pipeline to fit your specific business workflow.

  • Step 1: On the Transactions screen, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the plus icon.
  • Step 2: Select Add Stage to create a brand new category.
  • Step 3: Select Edit Stages to manage existing ones.
    • To Reorder: Press and hold the handles (≡) on the left to drag stages up or down.
    • To Rename: Tap the name of the stage to type a new one.
    • To Delete: Tap the Trash icon (only available for stages with 0 deals).
