How to Change the Status of a Transaction on Mobile

Manage your transactions while on the go

Move your deals through your pipeline as they progress.

  • Step 1: Select a transaction from your list to open the Transaction Details.
  • Step 2: Tap the Edit button in the top right.
  • Step 3: Tap the Stage dropdown and select the new status from the list.
  • Step 4: Tap Continue, then Save.
  • Tip: Transactions marked as "Closed" or "Cancelled" will automatically move to the Closed tab on your main screen.
